Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting. Experience with Windows/Linux server environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
