Role & responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems. IT Knowledge with Hardware(Desktop, Laptop), software AD,DNS,DHCP, Windows server,Linux, Win 11 OS, MS office, Backup tools, firewalls (fortinet,sophos) L3 switches,routing table. Job Duties Configure, install, and maintain IT systems and hardware. Provide technical support to end-users. Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
