Position: IT Helpdesk Manager Job Shift: Night Experience: 8 - 10 years Education: We hire based on individual talent, skill and work ethic. Formal degrees are not a material in our hiring decision. Job Location: PAN India Salary Range: 10,00,000 15,00,000 p.a KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing and supporting a team of Help Desk Technicians. Mentoring your team, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management. Communicating with clients and providing in-person and phone support, if required. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Prepare reports and share with stakeholders.
