Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates for open positions. Hands on experience in sourcing using different portals, networking and referral. Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer. Sourcing, Screening and recruiting candidates from various portals. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Capability to work independently. Ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions. Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
