Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Intern located in Delhi, India. The IT Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks such as network administration, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service. The role is designed to offer hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support daily IT operations, including user account setup and system configurations. Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and documentation. Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems and software. Provide support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Support in setting up video conferencing and AV equipment when required. Collaborate with the IT team on various ongoing projects and tasks. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Show more Show less
