The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our IT services in markets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients across different regions. Key Responsibilities: Research and Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events. Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our services. Qualify Leads: Assess the potential of leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure they align with our services. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT services industry. Skills: Strong understanding of IT services and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual skills are a plus. Note: Female candidates are required for both roles, and preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Noida, close to the office location.
