Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ERP Management & System Optimization Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of ERP systems for real-time data tracking, reporting, and process automation. Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, and upgrades to align with business needs. Plant & Power Generation Monitoring Implement and maintain IT solutions for plant operations to track daily, weekly, and monthly reports on power generation and performance. Ensure seamless data integration between plant monitoring systems and ERP solutions. Data Analytics & Reporting Develop automated dashboards and business intelligence tools for finance and operations teams. Optimize financial reporting, audits, and compliance tracking through IT-driven insights. Finance & IT Coordination Work closely with the finance team to manage financial reports, audits, statutory compliance, and data security. Integrate IT and finance solutions for budgeting, cost control, and performance analytics. IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manage and optimize networks, servers, cloud computing, and database systems to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. Implement cybersecurity protocols, data protection measures, and IT governance policies in compliance with industry standards. Digital Transformation & Process Automation Lead IT-driven innovations to enhance business processes, system automation, and digital strategy. Drive AI/ML, IoT, and data analytics adoption for smart manufacturing and decision-making. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with third-party IT service providers for software upgrades, system integrations, and security enhancements. Manage contracts, vendor SLAs, and IT service partnerships. IT Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to IT security policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategies. Implement GDPR, ISO 27001, and data security frameworks. Leadership & Team Management Mentor and lead the IT team, ensuring seamless IT support, training, and development. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
