IT Manager Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and infrastructure. Manage and maintain network systems, servers, and security protocols. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place. Lead IT projects, including software and hardware upgrades. Coordinate with other departments to understand and meet technological needs. Supervise IT staff and provide training and support.
