Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Setting up new users, managing and maintaining the file servers Tracking and managing IT hardware and software Installing custom OS image on new laptops and ship to employees Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues Creating a backup and safeguarding the data if there are any hindrances Employing the latest security protocols Keeping updated, accurate and reliable backups of application and databases Monitoring and maintaining network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems; Installing additional restrictions to prevent data Loss and other policies Performing system upgrades following new releases Restrict External drives and certain websites Ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in technology or computer science Prior experience of at least 5+ years in a system administrator role Familiarity with various operating systems & platforms Microsoft Certification (MCSA) is a plus You possess good analytical & debugging skills Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
