Job Description: We are looking for experienced IT and Non-IT Recruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT roles based on client requirements. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Meet hiring targets and recruitment deadlines efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment / domestic staffing. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
