Description We are looking for an experienced IT & Non IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, with the ability to source and attract top talent across various domains. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain a database of candidates for future job openings Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in both IT and non-IT sectors Skills and Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and non-IT sectors Strong understanding of various recruitment platforms and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with technical roles and skills in the IT sector Ability to engage and influence candidates effectively
