Job Description

Responsibilities Desktop Support : * Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. * Provide end-user support for hardware issues (PCs, laptops, printers). * Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems. * Resolve software and hardware-related issues remotely or on-site. Network Support : Manage and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls). Configure and maintain network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Ensure stable network connectivity and perform diagnostics on LAN/WAN. Implement network security measures (VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi). Security & Backup : Implement and maintain security measures on desktop systems (antivirus, firewall, encryption). Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are followed. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux OS, hardware troubleshooting, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and basic network devices (routers, switches).
