JOB DESCRIPTION Looking to hire an IT Professional who can help optimize resource allocation with a focus on Network and Infrastructure optimisation. Role Expectations: Network Performance Optimisation: Assess current network systems (LAN, WAN, wireless, etc.) to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, or underutilized resources; implement solutions to improve speed, reliability, and capacity. Cost Analysis: Evaluate network-related expenditureshardware, software licenses, cloud services, and vendor contracts—to identify potential savings. Resource Efficiency: Recommend and implement strategies such as virtualization, cloud integration, or hardware consolidation to improve cost and resource efficiency. Technology Evaluation: Research and propose cost-effective tools, protocols, or emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, open-source solutions) to replace outdated or high-cost systems. Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize network monitoring tools to track performance and cost metrics; deliver insights and reports to support budget planning. Security Optimisation: Ensure that cost-saving initiatives do not compromise security, and integrate robust yet economical solutions such as firewalls or encryption tools. Qualifications: 3+ Years of Experience Hands-on experience in cost optimisation with Network and Infrastructure for large-scale organisations Good to Have - Experience in the FinTech space
