Role: Project Manager - IT (Client Facing) Experience: 8-10 years in Project Management (Total 15+ years) Location: Hyderabad Education: B. Tech/M. Tech (Mandatory) Industry: IT Services Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in delivering external client-facing IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and business acumen, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders, teams across different locations, and end-to-end project execution. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and manage IT projects for external clients, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and act as a trusted advisor . Work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to ensure project success. Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. People management experience mentor, guide, and manage project team members. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Mandatory Skills 8-10 years of IT Project Management experience , handling client-facing projects. 15+ years overall experience , including 2-3 years of technical experience before transitioning into a Project Manager role. Strong background in Microsoft Technologies preferred (other technical stacks are also acceptable). B. Tech/M. Tech degree is mandatory candidates without a technical degree will not be considered. Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Certifications Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.). Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
