About the Role: As an IT Project Manager, you'll take charge of end-to-end IT project execution—from business case development and budget planning to design coordination and on-site project delivery. You'll work closely with Real Estate teams while overseeing procurement, integration, and office relocations for large-scale operations (2,000–5,000 users). Key Responsibilities: Lead matrix-managed project teams for IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and network deployments Oversee corporate fit-outs, relocations, and decommissioning with a strong focus on timelines and budget control Ensure governance & financial accuracy, including forecasting and P&L management Drive cross-regional collaboration while engaging senior stakeholders Implement risk management strategies and maintain project integrity Act as single point of contact for escalations, risks, and strategic decisions Your Expertise: 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, handling multi-million-dollar initiatives Strong understanding of Real Estate technology requirements and workplace transformation Deep expertise in Agile & PMP/PRINCE methodologies and industry-standard project tools (Clarity, ServiceNow, MS Project) Skilled in stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation Experienced in managing global teams and complex project interdependencies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: IT project management: 7 years (Required) ServiceNow: 5 years (Required) Microsoft Project: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: PMP/PRINCE (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
