Job Description: Role Overview : Lead and manage the Quality Engineering efforts ensure the quality and reliability of software products/projects. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement testing approaches, processes, and frameworks. Design & build automated testing framework leveraging BDD methodology Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, operations) to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in daily scrum meetings and provide updates Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure their resolution. Provide leadership and technical expertise within the QA team. Ensure continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Prepare and present reports and metrics to senior management. Roles and Responsibilities Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance. Proven experience in managing/leading QA team. Skills : Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes like shifting left, in-sprint test automation, CI/CD, mobile testing Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Rest Assured). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications : ISTQB certification or equivalent. Experience : Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Technical Skills : Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
