We're Hiring: IT Recruiters (Immediate Joiners) Location: Alikethoughts, 401, Yugal Parnavi, Opp. Crosswinds, Off Baner Road, Balewadi, Pune 411045 Mode: Work from Office (MonFri), Work from Home (Sat) Work Days: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday) Compensation: Salary + Incentives Exp -0.6 to 5 yrs About the Role We’re looking for passionate and driven IT Recruiters who specialize in finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a wide range of IT positions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building high-performing tech teams by partnering closely with hiring managers and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Attracting Candidates Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent. Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and platforms like Stack Overflow & GitHub. Craft engaging and accurate job postings to reach the right audience. Screening & Evaluation Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic, video, and structured interviews. Administer and evaluate technical assessments when required. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Manage the offer process, negotiate salary & terms with selected candidates. Support a smooth onboarding experience and new hire integration. Collaboration & Relationship Building Work closely with hiring managers to understand open positions and expectations. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Represent the organization as an employer of choice. Additional Responsibilities Stay current on IT industry trends and evolving hiring practices. Analyze recruitment data and improve sourcing effectiveness. Network and participate in relevant events to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Skills & Qualifications Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in IT hiring. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Tools Proficiency: Experience with ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and resume databases. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Immediate Joiners Preferred!
