Job Title: IT Recruiter (Domestic) Job Type: Full-time/Permanent Experience Required: 1.6 to 3 Years Working Days: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday, Half-Day on Saturday) Educational Qualification: Any Graduation Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. If you have a passion for recruiting talent and possess excellent communication skills, wed love to have you on board! As an IT Recruiter , you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles. Your primary focus will be on C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring, along with sourcing and selecting top-tier candidates for different technology positions. Key Responsibilities: Handle C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding of candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, IT Developers, System Administrators, etc.). Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth selection. Maintain and update candidate database and manage recruitment pipeline effectively. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Work closely with the HR team to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of candidates. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices. Skills Required: Proven experience in C2H hiring and handling contract-to-permanent processes. Expertise in end-to-end recruitment for diverse tech roles. Strong understanding of technical job requirements, with the ability to assess skills and qualifications effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with and evaluate a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
