Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, engaging with them throughout the recruitment process. Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT roles. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline (a background in computer science/IT is preferred). 0 - 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the Canadian market. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. Proficiency in using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Experience working with Canadian clients (experience with state or government clients is a plus). Preferred Skills: Experience in technical sourcing and screening. Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations. Strong networking skills within the IT community. Shift Timings : 6:30pm-3:30am (US Shift) 5 days working (Sat/Sun Fixed Off) Work From Office Location: Noida sector 62.
