Probuzz the demand-supply gap in the IT services industry by procuring the right technology and talent for their clients. They provide Software solutions and Staffing Services to various industry verticals including IT, ITES, BFSI, and Non-IT companies. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and social media to identify potential candidates. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal databases. Target Achievement: Meet daily submission targets by sourcing and submitting qualified profiles. Ensure a minimum number of monthly onboardings as per the company's hiring goals. Key Skills Required: Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing (Contract & Permanent Hiring). Expertise in sourcing candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels. Knowledge of IT technologies and understanding of technical job descriptions. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Experience using ATS and CRM tools for candidate tracking. Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage high-volume hiring.
