Key Responsibilities Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical requirements. Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for lateral IT and non-IT positions. Source potential candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job portals, and social media. Review and analyze resumes to identify qualified candidates for open roles. Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring process. Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT industry to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Ensure a seamless recruitment experience by collaborating with HR, vendors, consultancies, and internal teams. Maintain accurate recruitment records using basic Excel and email communication. Handle recruitment for IT profiles, including technical skills like programming languages, development frameworks, and IT infrastructure. Key Requirements HSC or Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, or any other relevant degree. Proven experience as a recruiter for IT and non-IT positions. Strong understanding of technical skills and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including consultancies and department heads. Proficiency in basic Excel and email communication. Experience in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems. Strong ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
