Job Details: Role: IT HR Recruiters (Freshers/Interns) Location: Onsite,Teynampet Chennai 600018 Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST Start Date: Immediate Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT HR Recruiters (Freshers/Interns) to join our talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in IT recruitment and human resources. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening IT candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and social media. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system. Post job openings on job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability for IT roles. Assist in employer branding activities such as career fairs, networking events, and online campaigns. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication. Support the HR team with onboarding processes and documentation. Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs in IT and technical domains. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or MBA (HR) is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for IT recruitment and HR. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR software. Basic knowledge of IT recruitment lifecycle, technical hiring trends, and IT job roles. Experience in handling social media platforms for IT recruitment.
