We are hiring enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about building a career in IT Recruitment . You will be trained to handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across various domains and locations. Key Responsibilities: Learn and support the end-to-end IT recruitment process sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates. Understand various IT technologies and roles to match job descriptions with candidate profiles. Coordinate with internal teams and assist in managing candidate communication. Maintain accurate records of interviews, offers, and candidate databases. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, MBA preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Basic knowledge or interest in IT/technical terms and tools . Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment . Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
