• Role & responsibilities : Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions accordingly. • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruitment channels Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Negotiate salary and other employment terms with selected candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress Preferred candidate profile Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Strong networking abilities within the IT industry.
