If you have a passion for talent acquisition , strong knowledge of IT hiring , and experience with various recruitment tools, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT positions sourcing, screening, and on boarding candidates. Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.), referrals, and networking to source top talent. Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process. Negotiate salary, offer rollout, and follow up till the candidate joins. Maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs. Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends . Experience with ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), and Boolean search . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
