About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting their career in recruitment and wants to gain hands-on experience in hiring top tech talent. Role & responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview feedback, and offer details. Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities. Learn and apply recruitment best practices and market trends. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Preferred candidate profile Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Data Engineering). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
