You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 2. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate technical skills and fit. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. 5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify top talent and best practices. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or related field. 2. Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 5.
