Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Organization team and play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right talent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, from understanding our clients' hiring needs to delivering high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various industries and strong relationships with candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. • Build a strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different industries. • Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent • Manage the entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing. • Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers. • Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities. • Provide regular progress reports to the manager, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process. • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers • Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices. • Hands on experience on Job portals like: Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Shine Etc. Qualification and Skills: • Proven experience as a Technical/ IT recruiter, with a focus on IT positions. • Strong understanding of the IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills
