Job Title: IT Recruiter – Domestic Hiring Location: Indore (Work from Office) Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles across various technologies and levels. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill needs Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' suitability Schedule and coordinate interviews with the internal technical team Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Manage offer rollouts and follow up till the date of joining Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and IT terminologies Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (HR or technical background preferred) Prior experience in a recruitment agency or IT services company is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Current Salary Experience: IT recruitment: 1 year (Required) Human resources: 1 year (Required) Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person
