Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract talent in the IT sector, specifically those with JAVA expertise, and other key technological skills. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment activities. Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through effective use of social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment channels. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for specific roles. Manage and streamline the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate information and progress. Promote the companys brand to potential candidates, highlighting organizational culture, values, and career opportunities. Build and maintain strong networks within the IT industry to stay informed of market trends and talent movements. Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management, focusing on pipeline status, recruitment trends, and any internal process improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles, particularly JAVA developers. Proficiency in resource management and recruitment tools and software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and deadlines simultaneously. In-depth understanding of the IT industry and its hiring demands, including the ability to recognize and source high-quality JAVA talent. Ability to adapt to new recruitment technologies and processes quickly. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing robust sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill IT vacancies efficiently. Building a strong pipeline of potential JAVA candidates through proactive network building and strategic candidate engagement. Regularly updating and managing resource management systems to ensure an efficient recruitment process and data accuracy. Supporting and guiding candidates through the interview and hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborating with HR and departmental teams to align recruitment strategies with the overall organizational goals. Staying updated with the latest industry developments, recruitment best practices, and labor legislation.
