Job description Work with our hiring managers to source and attract the best candidates. Source talent for hard to fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms. Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data and metrics to ensure scalability of our recruitment strategies Proactive and creative approach to talent sourcing and engagement. Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience. Adhere to Planful company, privacy and information security policies. Requirements Experience: Prior Recruitment experience of 2+ years recruiting in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in a product set up. Extensive experience working for Product and Tech roles and are open to take up non tech roles as well. Experience in direct sourcing, research, and candidate development utilizing different methods and creative sourcing techniques. Proven understanding on building and executing recruitment strategy and develop thoughtful recruiting plans Strong client focus and commitment to partnering with stakeholders Define and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to attract top talent from the industry. Experience working with any ATS, preferably Ceipal.
