Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team at Smollan India Technology. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment of IT professionals across various technology domains. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding hiring needs to extending offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding. Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels including job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn), employee referrals, social media, and direct sourcing to attract a diverse pool of qualified IT candidates. Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review applications, screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on the recruitment progress and market insights. Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT job market, including compensation, in-demand skills, and competitor activities. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent to Smollan India Technology. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to the HR leadership. Preferred candidate profile: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience of 5+ years as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a technology-focused company or IT services organization. Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets across areas such as software development, data science, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc. Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals using diverse methods. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
