Role & responsibilities End-to-End IT Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Technical Sourcing: Identify candidates through job portals , networking, and referrals. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial technical screenings to assess qualifications and experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand tech job requirements . Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with technical teams. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Handle salary negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. ATS Management: Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate candidate tracking. Talent Pipeline Building: Develop a database of potential IT candidates for future hiring needs. Market Research: Stay updated on IT hiring trends and industry salary benchmarks .
