Key Responsibilities: End-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.) Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Permanent, and Contract hiring Utilize ATS tools to manage candidate pipeline and hiring workflows Coordinate with delivery teams and hiring managers for timely closures Lead and manage a small team of recruiters; monitor performance and hiring metrics Drive candidate engagement, maintain high offer-to-join ratios Ensure delivery within committed SLAs and TATs Required Skills: 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed etc Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills Team handling experience is a must Good understanding of IT technologies and delivery expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Other Details: Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Work from Office only) Joining: Immediate to 15 Days Team Size to Handle: 2–4 recruiters (minimum) Reporting To: Recruitment/Delivery Manager Role & responsibilities
