The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, expertise in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to engage top IT talent across various technology stacks. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and networking to identify top IT talent. Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging IT skills. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. Key Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment (agency or corporate hiring). Strong expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.), Boolean search, and GitHub/Stack Overflow . Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies . Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
