Job Overview Regional Sales Manager - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be responsible for driving cloud sales, business growth, and customer success in the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key enterprise accounts, and working closely with internal teams and Google Cloud partners to deliver cutting-edge cloud solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading Google Cloud Premier Partner, expand cloud adoption across industries, and contribute to the digital transformation journey of enterprises. Key responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Own and drive GCP sales, achieving and exceeding regional sales targets. Enterprise Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their cloud needs. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Solution Selling Work closely with customers to position GCP solutions that align with their business goals. Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration Work with Google Cloud teams, internal pre-sales, and technical teams to deliver solutions. Market Expansion Develop and implement regional sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Customer Success Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting for management. Who we are looking for 6-10 years of sales experience in the IT Industry with a successful sales track record (a history of new logo acquisition and consistent achievement of quota and revenue goals). Experience in B2B SAAS Sales/ Cloud Sales ( Google cloud platform, Google workspace etc). Ability to drive B2B conversations and optimize new route-to-market. Experience in building, generating, and managing account-specific business plans. Experience in cold-calling, prospecting into Target Accounts aligning with the GTM strategy. Experience in successfully navigating through key stakeholders in the customer organization. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, demonstration, and listening) and the ability to drive a client discussion via both in-person and any collaborative platform. Proven consistent goal achievement and quota attainment. Has ambitions and focus to achieve your professional goals.
