Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing proposals, processing orders, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in IT sales coordination, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client servicing and operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales operations between clients, internal teams, and vendors. Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and documentation in coordination with the sales team. Track and follow up on leads, proposals, and client communications. Manage CRM entries and ensure data accuracy and updates. Process purchase orders, delivery timelines, and invoicing with the accounts and logistics teams. Assist the sales team with scheduling client meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and dashboards for management. Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and provide prompt resolution. Support in responding to RFPs/RFQs and compiling technical/commercial documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in the IT or technology industry. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good understanding of IT products, services, and basic technical terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in B2B IT product or services companies. Basic knowledge of sales pipeline management and reporting. Exposure to ERP or quotation management tools.
