Job Summary: Zota NexTech Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in cold calling and IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and driving sales for our Retail Management Solutions and IT products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce NexTech's IT solutions. Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. • Present IT solutions effectively, addressing customer needs and pain points. Set up meetings or demos for the sales team with interested prospects. Maintain and update the CRM with leads, interactions, and sales progress. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies. Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in cold calling and IT sales. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion. • Understanding of IT solutions, SaaS products, or retail technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
