Role/Job Title: Senior Cloud Sales Executive Employment Type: Full time Experience Level (In terms of Years): 3 years- 5 years Education: Any Graduate Job Location: Godrej Waterside, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata Work Mode: In Office Working Days: Monday- Saturday Shifting Hours: 10:00AM- 07:00PM This is purely a Sales Profile and not Support. There would be Monthly Sales Targets in these Roles. Roles & Responsibility: Calling prospective businesses to query about existing IT Platforms and Solutions used by them. Align, pitch and sell the Cloud Solutions and Products offered by our Company. Cold Calling prospects, generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, profiling etc. Meeting with prospective Clients using Online Meeting Platform or F2F Office meetings at Clients' Office. Respond to questions, requests and concerns from existing and prospective Clients of the Company as per Company policies and guidelines. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and uphold Company standards. Answer phone calls and record messages and acknowledge all Clients of the Company according to Company standards. Undergo Training and Certifications as required and mandated by the Management and Process Requirement. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Google Workspace, chrome Enterprise and Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft products, AWS products and services. Sales of Cloud Products and Solutions Prior experience in IT Software and Solutions Sales and Marketing preferred. Prior Work Experience in a similar role preferred. Prior Work Experience in IT Consulting and Services Organization preferred. Fluency in Written and Spoken English mandatory. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE SALES, COLD CALLING MANDATORY. Others: Sales/Marketing of Cloud Solutions of Google, AWS and Microsoft.
