Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong background in Zoho Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our Zoho-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Zoho-based IT solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Zoho applications. Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends and Zoho product updates to provide informed recommendations to clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, specifically with ERP, CRM, and Zoho products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their business applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Zoho CRM certification or similar credentials. Experience in B2B sales and understanding of various industries.
