We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Telecaller to join us at our Thondayad branch. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT and electronic products. Handle inbound customer queries and provide detailed product information. Maintain customer database and follow up on leads and inquiries. Support sales team with telephonic outreach and lead generation. Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); degree/diploma in any field is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is desirable but not mandatory. Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
