Ability to manage end-to-end Service delivery of multiple IT Infrastructure contracts. Develop and implement daily operations plans such as to manage tickets, SLA of the contract. Evaluate upcoming mini projects and plan and forecast expected resource needs. Implement policies and standard operating procedures for continuous improvement. Drive operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins. Managed team, overseeing regional hiring, training, and professional growth of employees. Should have ITIL process experience. Prepare Report and Conduct regular reviews with respect to SLA for all the projects. Location : Chennai Expected Qualification: Any Degree with 10 -15 years experience. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills. Ability to persuade Only Male candidates preferred.
