Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions within the visa process outsourcing industry . This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, strong documentation skills, and work with Bid teams , to craft compelling and technically sound proposals. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business goals and technical execution. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end solution design, translating complex business requirements into scalable IT architectures tailored to visa processing and related services. Recommend optimal technology stacks, platforms, and tools in alignment with enterprise goals. Create detailed architecture diagrams, system specifications, and integration designs. Bid Support & Technical Writing Collaborate with the Bid team to co-author technical sections of proposals, RFIs, and RFPs with clarity and accuracy. Write comprehensive solution design documents (SDD), API documentation, and technical narratives that align with bid requirements. Translate business and technical concepts into persuasive content for client-facing documents. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary technical liaison for internal teams, clients, and vendors. Present architectural solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders in both technical and non-technical terms. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate design decisions. Governance & Standards Define, maintain, and enforce architecture standards and best practices across all projects. Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, and regulatory requirements. Stay current with emerging technologies and regulatory developments relevant to the sector. Team Collaboration & Leadership Guide development teams through implementation, troubleshooting, and solution delivery. Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture. Required Qualifications Skills & Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and convey complex ideas clearly. Strong experience in writing technical content for both internal documentation and client-facing proposals. Expertise in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), cloud-native design (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices. Sound knowledge of API integrations, system interoperability, and cybersecurity best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience 8–10 years of experience in IT, including 3–5 years in a Solution Architect role. Proven track record of architecting complex enterprise solutions. Experience in visa processing, government services, or regulated industries preferred. Demonstrated experience supporting Bid teams and writing winning technical proposals. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
