Job Description

5-8 years of experience with Test Management and Automation testing UI and API automation Plan, track and estimate product test activities. Working experience in developing test plans, test metrics, reports, and results in JIRA. Passionate about automated testing: Manage / drive testing - unit tests, system tests, regression. Provide technical guidance as well hands on management for all product life cycle. Hands-on implementing Quality Gates Understand user stories/requirements, application, test automation requirements and translate to design and implementation of framework tests. Expert in at least one test management tool such as JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, TestRail, Zephyr etc. Expert in version control tools such as Git/TFS and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo Collaborate with cross-functional team members business analysts, developers and management to build and refine test cases. Experience working in Scrum-based Agile teams Take initiatives to train and mentor associates. Ability to ramp up quickly in a new environment and work independently with minimum help. Proactively raise, suggest, and discuss improvement areas and issues related to people, processes, technology, quality and delivery with group manager and higher management.
