Role and Responsibility: 1.Good Issue handling for Apple Device ( MacBook Pro) 2. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking 3.Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals 4.Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions 5.Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue 6.Customize desktop applications to meet user needs 7.Record technical issues and solutions in logs 8.Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel 9.Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional 10.Report customer feedback and potential product requests 11.Help create technical documentation and manuals 12. Logged tickets in Manage Engine tool. 13. Resolved tickets in Manage Engine tool. 14. Bulk Activity i.e. Laptop Replacment 15. Secu Gard Exception. 16. On-Boarding Process. 17. Off-Boarding Process. Skills Required - 1. Experience - 5~7 Years 2. Certification - CCNA (Preferred) 3. Candidate should have basic understanding of IT(Network, Security) 4. Knowledge of Cabling/Patching 5.
