Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and technically proficient IT Support Executives with experience in printers, desktops, laptops , and technical voice process support . Whether you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in IT support, this is a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers, desktops, laptops , and other IT devices. Offer technical support for software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Address technical problems for both internal and external clients in a professional manner. Handle technical queries related to network issues, operating systems, and peripheral devices. Document all technical issues and solutions in the internal ticketing system. Collaborate with other technical teams for complex problem resolution. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective solutions. Work within predefined service level agreements (SLAs) to resolve issues promptly. Requirements: Freshers: No prior experience required but an interest in IT and technology, especially related to printers, desktops, and laptops. 1 Year Experience: Previous experience in technical support, voice-based technical support, or handling troubleshooting for IT hardware and peripherals. Strong knowledge of printers, desktops, laptops , and technical support processes. Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, etc.), hardware setup, and configuration. Experience in technical voice support and troubleshooting over calls is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
