Role & responsibilities Provide technical support for ERP systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain functionality. Perform system upgrades, testing, and regular maintenance to ensure stability and compatibility. Conduct thorough testing for system changes, updates, and new implementations to validate performance and functionality. Work together with different departments to comprehend and meet their ERP needs. Train end-users on ERP functionalities and enhancements for effective system use. Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, updates, testing protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system. Develop custom reports, queries, and dashboards based on business requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of ERP-related policies and procedures. Stay informed on the latest ERP technologies, testing methodologies, and trends to enhance system efficiency. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in ERP support or a similar role. Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong understanding of their functionalities, testing processes, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in system testing, upgrades, and database management (e.g., SQL). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
