Job Description

The IT Hardware & Network Executive will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's hardware infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, and providing end-user IT support. The role involves installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of hardware devices and network systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connectivity. Troubleshoot hardware and network-related issues, ensuring minimum downtime. Set up and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. Provide technical support to internal users regarding software/hardware issues. Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking issuance and maintenance. Assist in server maintenance and data backups as required. Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and procurement. Document technical processes and user support records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 13 years of experience in IT hardware and networking. Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and basic server administration. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
