Role: IT Team Lead/Technical Team Lead/Service Desk Lead Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru Exp: 5 to 8 Years Salary: Upto 7 LPA Shift: Rotational Excellent communication skills required Responsibilities: Candidate must be able to handle and manage a team of 15-20 Engineers working into technical support. This person should be able to handle customer escalation and maintain SLA of the project. This person should be able to resolve escalations within the committed TAT. Candidate must be aware of IT Asset management process. Candidate must have excellent Service management, Service delivery and Project management skills. Should be aware of ITIL concepts and methodologies i.e. Incident management, Service request, Service management etc. Should be able to prepare roasters, performance reports etc. Candidate must have good communication skills as he would be directly coordinating with the customers. Manage key IT platforms around Server Virtualization, Backup, Monitoring, Ticketing (ITSM) Tool and Endpoint Management. Review, develop and further optimize our technology landscape including automation, integration and process further that ensures and improves security, usability, performance and benefit of the technology services deployed. 2nd & 3rd level support of the IT infrastructure in compliance with defined SLAs and security requirements Involve in active knowledge transfer and training programs for end-users and junior team members to include the later for the seamless support of the infrastructure.
