Job Description

Technical engineering background with 5+ years of New Relic, Splunk integration, configuration and deployment experience including Search Heads, Indexer Clusters, HTTP Event Collectors, Deployment Servers Excellent knowledge of Splunk and New Relic Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest product development and features Demonstrated experience in Monitoring and Event Management tools, including but not limited to Splunk, Elastic, BMC, CA, Micro Focus, ScienceLogic, Solar Winds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and New Relic Demonstrated knowledge of SPL for solving complex data analytic problems and writing efficient queries Experience managing data retention policies and performing index administration, maintenance and optimization, and configuration backups Knowledge and experience of Splunk at an architectural level, including the integration with Service Now and other Monitoring toolsets Strong knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration such as XML, API Technologies (REST/SPML/SOAP), HTML Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML, and XML Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases Mandatory Skills: New Relic Required Experience: 5+ Job Location: Mumbai Job Type: Contract to Hire First Name Last Name Email Mobile Number Upload Your Resume Below.
